I needed 2 sliding gate motors as my previous ones had died. Simona was onto it, her service was far exceeding 5 stars, wealth of knowledge & recommended what best suited plus the extras I was looking for. When I picked the gate motors up, Simona made me a coffee. (great coffee) introduced me to Marcus, who went through the whole DIY install with me, their service goes far beyond just the sale it exceeds into the whole aftersales & beyond, including issues that still may arise in the future. Highly recommend them.
