I started out with Newtopia the last week of July. I wasn't sure if this program was right for me, but then I got the call from my inspirator Christina Gomes, and that changed everything for me. I started at 222 lbs of unhappiness and my weight was fluctuating every week because I was eating properly and took care of everyone else before I took care of myself.
