RecommendedI am enjoying my experience in the Passap Connection club held here at Newton. With the various choices of yarn I have made a few beginning pieces. They are very helpful.
LOVE Newton's Yarn Country, Norman and Helen too! Their yarn selection is amazing, as is their sales. If you can't find what you are looking for, ask Norman and/or Helen...they are so helpful in every way. They also have great suggestions for alternative yarns and uses. Newton's Yarn Country also carries Ashford Knitter's Looms (Rigid Heddle) and accessories for weaving, which is an added bonus to have a local Ashford vendor!

Great yarn, great people. Selection is amazing and the colors are awesome
I am so glad I took time out to visit this store. The yarns are their own custom twisted, dyed in small batches, and sold by weight rather than skeins. This is not the stuff you would purchase at a big box store. They do not take AMEX, and that was the card in my pocket when I fled the Magic Kingdom, so one of the folks working there gave me a ride back to my hotel room so I could pay(it was raining and they felt sorry for me, did not want me to have to take the bus and come back again) I look forward to shopping here, again... read more
I brought my SIL in to see how she would like machine knitting - she loved it, and the ladies were so patient. Thank you so much for such a great introduction to machine knitting.
