Amazing customer service! I had my ring resized . They told me they could have it done in a week. When Newton’s realized I would be making a 3 hour round trip drive to come and pick it up in a week, they surprised me by prioritizing my ring and had it finished the same day I dropped it off within about an hour, before I had even left Joplin. That was so thoughtful and one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. Thank you, Newtons!
