Very disappointed with this store. I purchased an electric clay pot cooker and paid extra for extended warranty. When I used it for the first time, it was leaking water and clearly defective. I brought it back to the store, but they refused to provide a refund or replacement. This is not acceptable under Australian Consumer Law. I will be lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria.

I ordered a kettle on 10 January 2026 and it only just arrived today a month later. The company had items listed online that were not in stock, I’ve had to wait for suppliers to send Betta electrical the stock before they could forward it on to me. If I’d have known, I would have bought the kettle elsewhere. I’ve found the conduct to be misleading, they should not list unavailable items for sale online.
