Sandy and the staff are helpful. There is parking at the rear and they have plenty of items for sale at reasonable often discounted prices.
I have bought appliances from here over the years and have always had good customer service. Most recently I needed a small washing machine, as the space in my laundry is very small. They went to a lot of effort to research the dimensions of various machines until they found one to suit. The price was good and they kept me informed about when to expect delivery. The delivery man was punctual and very experienced. All in all an excellent experience.
Nice service
Very disappointed with this store. The product was faulty. The store refused a refund and only offered a partial replacement. After multiple follow-ups, no response was received. The matter has now been escalated to Consumer Affairs Victoria.
