Never answers the phone or return calls. I have requested an application over voicemail (since she never answer) twice and have not received one yet. I caught bus#19 to Case and Newton st at 10:47 am, I walked up Newton, turned onto Mack, and walked up on the corner of Laffer to be told she has closed and will be back tomorrow (Tuesday) which was unexpected because it was Monday and they are open 8:30 am-12:30 pm I got there at 10:54 am it took me 7 minutes to walk up there. Called and talked to her Wednesday she told me i can come friday to meet with her between 8:30 and 12:00 i went up there about 10:30am and she wasn't there the maintenance men said she was gone for the day. Which was upsetting because I'm pregnant & caught the bus up there just to have to turn around and catch another bus. Very poor service and she never answer's the phone.
