Patient care clearly isn’t the priority here—control is. I waited almost a year for a new patient appointment with Tamar Garcia MD and needed PCP clearance for upcoming surgery and I explained that to staff. I arrived 13 minutes late due to a severe rain/wind storm plus extra delay because the practice website listed the wrong address. Instead of acting like a medical office, they acted like bouncers. I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years, but the experience has really declined. Appointments are rarely on time, communication is poor, and billing has become unreliable. My most recent virtual visit was billed far higher than what was actually done. It’s getting harder to trust this practice, and I hope they address these issues.
OMG! I called to reschedule my wife's appointment and got scolded over the phone as if I had committed a crime. Super unprofessional and rude. It really hurts when you get treated like that by the people you're seeking care from.
