I would have gone to a PCP office than here. I came here two weeks ago, and the PA told me to come back if I don’t feel well after 2 weeks. I came back two weeks later and I was told that I had to take X-Ray again and had to pay for it myself. No X-ray, no visit. What a waste of time.
I was told by the receptionist to get X-rays without even being seen by a physician assistant or doctor. I then saw a physician assistant who looked at the X-ray and said they can refer me to Physical Therapy. I paid a copay to not even be seen by a doctor. To me this felt like a $$ making business and not much more.
I spoke with a doctor for ~10 minutes about a fractured finger. He recommended I wrap it for stability. Nothing else happened. I was then charged $1600 for the visit. I requested a billing review. They are telling me that the billing is correct without providing me any evidence.
