I've seen two providers at this location, two years apart, to seek help for both endometriosis symptoms and potential perimenopausal symptoms. Both seemed completely dismissive of my symptoms and did not offer any solutions. There also seemed to be a lack of preparedness with both doctors. Usually I have very good experiences at NWH which is why I gave this office a second chance with a second doctor, but I'm frustrated that I lost time and money on yet another appointment with a doctor who did not actually want to help me. ... read more
The last time I ever went to this office was a follow up because I had been put on a new medication. Not even to mention the drive that it took me to get there, I waited nearly 40 minutes past my appointment time to see Dr. Erisson. After they finally took me in, I waited another 15 to 20 minutes for her to come into the room to see me. She spoke to me for a grand total of about one minute before sending me on my way, only for the front desk to inform me I had a $50 copay for today's visit. I had my annual exam with Dr. Erisson and she was a very kind and knowledgable provider. She was patient and I look forward to continuing my care with her!
