I came with my mom today and I sat there and I watch everything. I find the secretary to be very loud and very rude. She has an unpleasant look on her face as if she don’t want to be there at work Everybody could hear what they were asking the other people there was no privacy.
I went in for an ultrasound recently. I had a lovely experience with the women at the front desk. They were kind, funny, and quick. Angelica did my exam. She was super sweet and friendly. It was a great experience.
Ask how they are coding your billing before your appointment. I was charged over $600 for a routine mammogram that they billed as diagnostic. My insurance company told me and the billing office why they were incorrect in their billing, but they refused to change the code. What a great way to encourage yearly screening! I will never go here again.
They really are wonderful here. I can’t recommend them enough for imaging and mammograms. They can get a little backed up with calls, sometimes, but I’ve never had issues with getting in or making an appointment.
Very difficult calling to cancel and reschedule an appointment!!! On hold forever!!!
