I was in this hospital about 7.5 years ago for catatonic depression. This psych hospital is by far the best psych hospital nearest to Boston. The staff were so kind and helpful. I have been free of depression for over 7.5 years now!!!!!
worst place i’ve ever been. worst treatment. ppl there don’t even understand mental illness or ptsd for that matter. they flirt on the job. pay no attention to u. make passive aggressive comments about you to other patients. i could go on. don’t go here.
One of the worst hospitals I've ever been to. The doctor was not understanding at all. They didn't even care why I was there in the first place. made assumptions. Multiple staff members tried talking me out of my diagnosis that i've had for years, that IS my diagnosis. Made me feel invalidated, not cared about. Made me feel like I didn't matter. Only a couple staff members were good and nice, I'm talking a handful, everyone else acted like the hated their jobs and we're extremely rude to me. Woke me up by yelling my name eve... read more
