The scheduling staff here do not like to help anyone! They turn their voicemails on about an hour before it says they actually are closed. When they finally do call you back- they act as if you are an inconvenience.
Michael D O'Donnell, MD’s front desk staff literally threatened me when I asked to reschedule and she was impatient and rude and mean to me and hanged up on me while I’m still on the conversation and then she made up a untrue story about me yelling when she is the person who has no patience and care towards me as a patient. Never in my life I’m treated with such disrespect and impatience and indifference. I can’t believe such a person work in healthcare department. It is such a shame!
Some of the nicest Drs and Nurses I've encountered. They are attentive and friendly and complete professionals.
They can take time to get you in for an appointment, but Dr. Kaplan has always been great in hearing me out and fitting me in when possible.
