Unfortunately the reviews are right. It's almost impossible to get in touch with someone after you book, and you can't change the appointment online. When someone finally called me back, they told me they charge $100 for appointments changed within a week. When I tried to explain the multiple unreturned phone calls, the person cut me off mid-sentence and said "I don't need to hear that." Rude and unprofessional. Run to another option.

The scheduling staff here do not like to help anyone! They turn their voicemails on about an hour before it says they actually are closed. When they finally do call you back- they act as if you are an inconvenience.

Michael D O'Donnell, MD’s front desk staff literally threatened me when I asked to reschedule and she was impatient and rude and mean to me and hanged up on me while I’m still on the conversation and then she made up a untrue story about me yelling when she is the person who has no patience and care towards me as a patient. Never in my life I’m treated with such disrespect and impatience and indifference. I can’t believe such a person work in healthcare department. It is such a shame!
