AVIOD AT ALL COSTS! My mother at the age of 76 checked in due to severe abdominal pain on her right side. She informed the nurse she was at a pain level 9 of 10. After 3 hours of waiting, we checked in to get the status of her case and was told by the front desk she would need to talk to a nurse they didn't know what order they are in. NWH ER doctors and nurses are dumb as rocks. None of them got this job because they wanted to help people. Maybe because sitting around all day/night doing nothing was the real goal they're not up on a ward helping people. Never have I seen so many stupid and incompetent people in one place The ER MD was so dumb and incompetent it was astounding. It's very hard for me to believe he actually went to medical school. Wow ok so this is crazy. I’ve dealt with doctors and nurses my whole life and yesterday I brought my girlfriend to the ER for a safety concern. I waited for 8 hours but I didn’t care because I needed to make sure my girlfriend was ok. All the nurses and staff were extremely helpful and kind but the last woman I talked to was so rude and disrespectful to where I felt it was necessary to actually leave a review.
