Hillary, the practice manager, was supposed to procure a therapy for me.   More than 6 months later, after a handful of calls telling me “it’s coming “ and more non-returned call, absolutely NOTHING.  The MDs are good but there a many other spots with better customer service.  Avoid this place!

877 / 5,000 Translation results Translation result In this hospital, the doctors are unprofessional, the check-in people always seem paranoid, and the nurses only do what the doctors say, even if it is the wrong thing. The only ones who have a bit of mental capacity in that hospital are the security people and those who clean the floor. This hospital must be investigated, because they force patients to take pills and put them in a crazy room. They give false diagnostics. There is a long wait to see a doctor and once you e... read more

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS! My mother at the age of 76 checked in due to severe abdominal pain on her right side. She informed the nurse she was at a pain level 9 of 10. After 3 hours of waiting, we checked in to get the status of her case and was told by the front desk she would need to talk to a nurse they didn't know what order they are in. Nurses were very busy getting other patients and we could not get the attention to inquire. We waited another hour (4 hours in total) inquired again at the front desk and was not given a stat... read more

NWH ER doctors and nurses are dumb as rocks. None of them got this job because they wanted to help people. Maybe because sitting around all day/night doing nothing was the real goal they're not up on a ward helping people. Never have I seen so many stupid and incompetent people in one place The ER MD was so dumb and incompetent it was astounding. It's very hard for me to believe he actually went to medical school. Primary problem seemed to be that he had to get off the couch on the 26th and do anything at all. The psychiatri... read more

Wow ok so this is crazy. I’ve dealt with doctors and nurses my whole life and yesterday I brought my girlfriend to the ER for a safety concern. I waited for 8 hours but I didn’t care because I needed to make sure my girlfriend was ok. All the nurses and staff were extremely helpful and kind but the last woman I talked to was so rude and disrespectful to where I felt it was necessary to actually leave a review. I’m 23 years old btw so this is very scary having people not take me seriously because of my age. Nevertheless, the ... read more

My experience. Dr. Jenis performed XLIF surgery on L3, L4, L5. I went in healthy and emerged with permanent foot paralysis and intractable peroneal damage. I later learned that medical literature on XLIF states, “Even a cursory look at the XLIF data demonstrated the greater danger posed to neural tissue by this newest addition to back surgery. Clearly, the MIS (minimally invasive) XLIF approach inherently places major neurological structures at risk, and the multiple studies developed to limit these risks have not succeede... read more
