Today was my first visit to Newton smile Centre. Tiffany and Marinila took my X ray then Tiffany cleaned my teeth, she also explained the images and my condition clearly and showed me what she meant on the screen. The clinic is clean bright and inviting and I enjoyed my dental appointment
The people and the service provided are great but seems the billing system can use some work. I received a bill in the mail from services I received about a year or so ago, and had questions about the bill so I proceeded to call the number on the bill to get some more information about the amount I owe. I spoke with two different individuals on two separate days and they were very nice and respectful, but they were unable to help me by answering any questions or even paying the bill. Always a great experience at Newton Smile Center. The hygienist did an amazing job. She was caring, professional and had a great personality.
The best dental experiences I have ever had! Staff is thorough, knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and as a patient I always feel completely cared for. The front desk assistant, Julie is exceptionally thoughtful, helpful and professional! I cannot say enough great things about this dental practice!
