NMC ran tests my doctor never ordered on FOUR SEPARATE occasions and are now suing me for lack of payment. The kicker? They already admitted the testing my doctor ordered isn’t something they perform! Why wasn’t I informed of this the first time the incorrect test was ran? Or the second? Or the third? Why do I owe payment for their mistakes? Disgusting.
I have been going to Newton Medical Center for about 15 years now, as our hospital here in Mac is not a good one, I see Dr Angel Teck and he takes his time with me and addresses my issues, I do end up being admitted to the hospital about 2 times a year every year do to chronic severe asthma, the Nurses treat me very well and always checking in on me, this last time I did have an issue with an aid which I said was never allowed back in my room
My first time to this hospital and can I just say, Wow!! I was very impressed I was greeted as soon as I walked in, a super kind gentleman helped me check in right away and then I was sent off to Radiology where Steven and another guy helped me prepare for my first MRI. They helped me feel comfortable and at ease—going into that very claustrophobic machine can be frightening. Overall great service all took 29 mins. It helped that I was prepared with paperwork. Thank you 😊
All you guys do is accuse people of drugs seeking and don't get me started on how the ER staff are rude and unprofessional....I've made a report to the Kansas medical board to have them investigated
Hard to take a hospital seriously when ICU is staffed 3:1.
