Very impolite and impatient staff. Couldn't get off the phone with me fast enough. Never even gave me a chance to ask some basic guidance for my fathers care. Very unfortunate that this is the level of support that we have to deal with for healthcare.

Horrible and unprofessional service ! They know nothing and help you with nothing , Couldn’t get ahold of anyone for 4 days calling all possible numbers including head nurse Gurpreet ,We had to call provincial cancer nurse line for support, Newton home care useless :(
Terrible management results in terrible service. There is no shortage of staff. In fact, they have more than enough staff. However, they are rude and incompetent. I would even say abusive. If you can afford it, hire private care. If not, I am sorry to tell you that your life will be miserable because nobody at the Newton Home Health cares about their clients. Personally, I know 4 people who have decided to go to retirement homes so they don't have to be Newton Home Health clients.
If you are in need of Newton Home Health, you are as good as being dead. If you live in Surrey, you will be assigned to Newton Home Health. If you complain, you will be blacklisted and they retaliate and abuse you. The staff treat you horriblely with no respect or care. This place should have been shut down long time ago. If possible, do your best to move to a different city. If you live in Surrey and have a disability, Newton Home Health neglects and abuses you to a point that you wished you were dead.
