I met Manjot nurse today at wound care clinic she told me I’m late. I already informed the reception that I will be 10 minutes late. I arrived exactly after 10 minutes . But still she insulted me that I got late. In 6 months I got late for 1st time. Don’t these nurses get late anywhere. These Fraser health nurses don’t have compassion towards patients. Bad experience.

been dealing with them for a year and a half and have had only one nurse that we really like more then the others.. the rest seem to only want us to come to the building for dressing changes .... my father in law has been going through treatments for over a year that are wreaking havoc on his immune system and just recently started a new treatment, so going outside is something we need to avoid at the moment. I thought these nurses were HOME care nurses, does home not exist anymore.

Very poor service. Nurses show no care for the terminally ill patients they are supposedly helping. Try contacting them, they will never answer the number they tell you to call. I understand you may be short staff but forgetting about certain patients should never be okay.
