Do not use this company! They send out incompetent unlicensed technicians. And when you call in these people that answer the phone for them claimed it they are secretaries or staff members when they are not they will hang up on you they will not return your phone calls. My technician butchered my heater and after 10 full days of not having any heat, I still have no heat. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY… Sorry for long review but wanted to be detailed. I shared a review the first time I used this company and paid the service charge fee for them to come out again if my AC needs serviced. Needless to say I called them back two weeks ago because my second unit needed serviced and received a job invoice number for Monday service.
