Tokyo Steakhouse in Chestnut Hill Mall. I am allergic to broccoli which the waiter and cook knew. This is the second time my food has been "tainterd" This time was Feb 27 at about 2:30 P.M. This time there were several small broccoli florets under one of the mushroom slices. The rice and bean sprouts apparently were cooked separately.
