The fourth floor is a quiet floor, if you want to talk go downstairs. The corners are usually the best option for a quiet spot.
The study carols seem to always be the best option.. Some people sadly forget that the walls are thin and tend to come to socialize more than study!!
If you ask Java City for a cup of water they charge you 32 cents.
If you talk on the second floor and up someone is going to tell you to stuff it!
Study..study...study!!!

Java City has the best AND cheapest coffee on campus; Take advantage of it!
