Had furniture delivered and got quote on possible future corporate purchases. Left money with son for delivery and son was told by delivery driver it was not needed. Later in the day got a phone call as if I was trying to skip out on paying and explained what had happened and no apology for the misunderstanding just wanted to know how I was going to pay the 31.00.
