The staf in here are just a total mess,unbelievable.1 star is to much for them.They don't know what they're are talking about most of the time.They keep telling to go online.Go on patches you have to go on patches...omg
Not great. Difficult to speak to someone on the phone, was referred to Patch’s but couldn’t log in there.
Receptionists are always helpful and prompt to reply. Dr Fernandes is a fantastic doctor who has gone out of his way multiple times to make sure my problems are sorted. Cannot praise him enough.
