I recently purchased locks for our house. Rich and Susan are both great. They helped with quickly ordering what I need. When the order has come in, they organized the packages with clear identification of which door they belong to, so I did not have to do this myself for the contractors. And when the jamb size of the lock was wrong due to my error, they replaced it right away at no charge. I highly recommend this place!
I called Newton Decorative Hardware looking for a part for an Emek lock. The gentleman on the phone said while he couldn’t be sure he had the exact item, he said come on in and he’d find me something that would work. When I got to the shop, the same gentleman found the part I was looking for in a box of spares, handed it to me, and sent me on my way without charging me a cent. Rich was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, he was thorough, patient, thoughtful, and detail oriented. I called the store with what I thought was a fairly straightforward question and Rich took the time to ask more details and point me in the right direction.
