Worst Experience with a builder! My client’s were interested in building with this company due to us viewing one of their St. Jude homes in the past. So I reached out to them to get some information. It took a week for their sales person Lindsey to call me back, however after speaking with her I sent over my clients house plans for them to review. I love how this company supports St. Jude. I’ve tour one of their homes and would love to have a house built by the company.
Jeff Newton is a phenomenal builder, who provides courtesy, attention to detail and puts his heart into every project he works. He and Haley really listen to what you’re vision entails and they work tirelessly to provide extraordinary service to their clients. I’m very excited to continue working with them in the hopefully near future. I would recommend Newton Custom Homes to anyone looking to build or renovate their home.
Basic, built to code but nothing special. Kinda like a generic starter home. I would look elsewhere if you’re interested in a truly custom home. Jeff is nice.
