Our 1st time @ this location the staff @ this location seems to have more empathetic versus @ the main location. Listening how the main location on Usher Street talks to the people in there makes you not want to go there, period. Especially when elderly people go to the Usher Street location. We walked in to be checked by security. Then we received our ticket from the machine & we were immediately called less than 5 minutes literally. I was shocked. Very fast and efficient and great service
Very polite and fast service.
They are closed with notes posted on the door to go to the Usher St. location, no explanation. Would be nice if there was something posted on maps or online.
