The hygienists here are amazing and so kind. However, the office is very old school and the treatment methods are inefficient. I went in for my first set of braces and some basic adjustments and ended up staying in braces for over five years with Dr. Miller. He would begin an adjustment and attach new hardware, and then forget about his plan by the next visit. I had two loose chains that he had attached and then forgot to use, left freely dangling in the back of my mouth for nearly a year, causing food buildup and sores. He ... read more

I absolutely love going to Dr Miller’s Concord office. The staff is so professional and friendly! My Invisalign treatment is going great and is the easiest. I highly recommend Dr Miller. The minute you walk into the office I feel so welcomed by the staff and Jo-Ann at the front desk runs the show! It’s always decorated accordingly to the holidays, booking is always so easy. Always looking forward to my appointments and I drive all the way from the Northshore about an hour away.. love love Concord Family Orthodontics. ❤️
I love Dr. Miller and his staff. They are all so kind and wonderful and I can honestly say it's always a treat to get my teeth worked on! Something I never thought I would be able to say. Thank you so much to him and everyone who have helped make my smile beautiful and my day brighter :)
My children are treated with the greatest respect by the entire office. I feel that the practice has taken the time to really know my family and attend to our needs. My children feel welcome and comfortable at each visit.
