This is not a local company. They are nationwide and send out local independent contractors. They charged a $90 fee over the phone when I made the appointment, the independent contractor charged me $60. My washing machine was giving a “clear the drain” message. He said the drain was fine and the washer just needed to be leveled. He adjusted the feet to level the washer. (My parents) Contacted them for Refrigerator repair over July 4th holiday weekend and technician was sent out ONLY after $85 payment was done over the phone for the appointment. The technician showed up and ends up DRILLING HOLE into the compressor on the fridge and charges them an additional $450. The technician "GUARANTEES" his work and parts for 30 days but refuses to refund the money after he agrees to refund $225 for his labor. I have contacted customer service multiple times and I keep getting the run around about the ... read more

Cost 95 bucks to come out and you have to give credit card over phone. Then the technician pulled our 3 year old dishwasher out and laid it on it's side. We just put new floors in. He didn't lay any fabric or anything under it. Nor did he ask for anything. He tinkered around and put it back and said water inlet valve and we will send you a quote via text. The quote is another 301 bucks. Heck we can buy a new one for 500. He knew our floors were new because I told him. I do not recommend.
