Exterior prep work fantastic newly sprayed bonnet and new diamond cut alloy refurb in with the price. 3 days later my car started with major issues and has been recovered over 7 times this year and 3 where by the dealership in the first week,nearly 1 year later I've spent over £1300 on repairs from HSA systems,corroded exhaust ,corroded gas system, had the car tracked 3 times to eventually find servely corroded bush bars both needed replaced,and now i have no timing chain and injectors and repairs are simply unaffordable. We called in to Newton and Lee, all vehicles are extremely well presented. Dealt with a young salesman called Joe who was very polite, professional and helpful. We did initially put a deposit on a beautiful Ford Kuga but due to personal reasons were unable to follow through with the sale. I would have no hesitation in the future using this company should my situation change.

Make sure to ask for the vehicle to be put up on ramps before purchasing from this garage. My car failed its first MOT after purchasing from here on severe corrosion. The car is a write off. I’m still paying the loan I took for it and it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that it should have been an advisory on the previous mot. Things that were advisories from 2018 were not on the mot prior to my purchase but suddenly appeared again a year later so it looked like the previous advisories had been rectified. Really happy with this dealership I visted on the 26th May bank holiday to look at a ford fiesta. I realise it was closed but I was able to see the car as it was outside and you can see from the street. I seen Anthony taking photos of other cars he told me they are closed and he was there taking pictures of new stock they received. But he allowed me to look at the car I was interested in and he even got me the keys so I can have a good look inside too and left me to it with no pressure at all. Bought a Jeep Cherokee after a test drive on-site. Car was delivered 7 days later with numerous trolley dents, paint defect on bonnet appeared within days paint bubbling up from underneath the paint. Suspension faulty (there own fresh MOT had it down as an advisory) after just over a week, these faults were repaired two weeks later, but another manifested itself from a low whining noise to been very audible, took for an independent inspection and was shown a really badly worn wheel bearing, garage refuse to repair it and won... read more
