We had a great experience with Newton AC Ltd. Their team was quick, professional, and completed the job all in one day, which I really appreciated. The pricing was great and reasonable. Sukh and his team were so kind and easy to work with—just genuinely lovely people. He took the time to clearly explain everything. They did a superb job installing our AC and heating unit and everything looks and works perfectly. We’re so excited to use it this summer! Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. This review is only concerning the driver in their branded Ford Transit 250. He bully drives and forces his way into lines of cars that were patiently waiting. Just drives up the side and cuts in at the end.

I had the worst experience with Newton AC. I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and repair my HVAC system, and they never showed up. After confirming the appointment, I waited all day for their technician to arrive, but no one ever showed up. No phone call, no explanation, nothing. I tried reaching out multiple times, calling their office and leaving messages, but they completely ignored me.
