Good service , good communication, Right price
I had the worst experience with Newton AC. I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and repair my HVAC system, and they never showed up. After confirming the appointment, I waited all day for their technician to arrive, but no one ever showed up. No phone call, no explanation, nothing. I tried reaching out multiple times, calling their office and leaving messages, but they completely ignored me. I recently had a new AC installed and the experience was amazing. Very punctual, professional and highly knowledgeable team. The installation process barely took a couple of hours. The new AC has made a significant difference in the comfort of my home .
Have used their services multiple times. Also great in coming for emergency breakdowns
