I had a very disappointing experience at New Times Hair. The service did not meet my expectations and I felt that the staff were unprofessional and inattentive. The final result was not what I asked for, and the overall experience was frustrating. I would not recommend this supplier.

I must admit that I was relieved when my lace wig from Newtimes Hair Systems, Wigs & Extensions arrived. It didn't have the excessively glossy appearance that some wigs do, and the hairline appears natural. After a quick wash, it was simple to style and felt light right out of the box.

I purchased hair from this seller and was told that it was 100% human hair. However, the quality was very poor and did not feel like real human hair at all. I’m very disappointed with my purchase.
