I placed an order late in the day, and it was delivered the very next day. Marc clearly cares about his customers.
I was on vacation from Massachusetts. I brought cpap machine tubing etc but somehow didn’t bring my mask. Mark was super helpful. I got a copy of my medical orders faxed and got me a mask with 2 hrs. Saved my vacation as anyone who uses CPAP would know if they were unable to use it!!
Not great customer service. Quick to take a credit card number but slow to respond to product issues and no warranty or guarantee behind the products they sell.
Excellent personalised customer guidance and service, including equipment provided at untimely inconvenience to Mark whom I'd called without any prior custom or notice. Such outstanding customer care exhibited enabled and enhanced my heath status and recovery significantly.
Spoke to mark at 3:15 for my friend who had covid mark dropped off the machine that same day by 4:30 amazing customer service. Marc was amazing and easy to work with the whole time and provided amazing customer service.
