Terrible homebuilder. Model beautiful & well built. My house: not so much. Went to close with over 50 issues. A month after close still over 50. Uses a draconian contract to cover their mistakes. Project execution just awful. Project manager in hiding. House and neighborhood could be great, but this company does not seem to care. All day lies. Getting your money seems to be their major concern. Seniors: run away.
