If there was an award for the most welcoming gym, this would be it. Visited from Sydney and found the gym and the people awesome. The programming is elite too!!

Without a doubt, the best gym ever!Newstrength has been an absolute game changer for me. Ive been training for most of my life and over 17 years in gyms across Australia. Not just a gym, but a beautiful supportive tight knit community. I have felt supported and welcome through my whole journey with newstrength. The coaches are amazing and make me look forward to each class! Ive seen great progress in my strength and conditioning even though I go twice a week to supplement my sport, proving the quality of their programs.
