We moved to Akron in 1996 hoping to restore an old house. Newstead Homes made the dream come true with 3 separate renovations in 20 years. They are affordable, extremely knowledgeable, clean, kind and always complete the job.
Newstead Homes did an amazing job on our patio! Dan took our ideas, added some of his own and created a beautiful design! Dan, Evan and all the guys were so great to work with and their attention to detail is second to none! Highly recommend!!
We have always wanted a party space in our backyard and newstead homes gave us that and much more. A pad for our porch stairs, a sidewalk leading all the way into our amazing new back patio and new concrete steps into our back door were all done quickly and professionally by the crew who were all very easy to communicate and get in touch with whenever my wife or I had questions. We are renovating an 1830's, very large, two story barn on our property. We hired Newstead Homes off a glowing recommendation from a friend - and our expectations have been exceeded! We just had them pour the new concrete floor and it looks amazing. Everyone was so professional, easy to work with, accommodating, and communicated the plan every step of the way. We hired Dan and his team to help us renovate a building originally built an 1880’s. He was not only reliable, and a very fair price, but the job they did came out beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Dan. He helped me see the potential and look outside of the box and I’m so happy we hired him. I would highly recommend Newstead construction to anyone.
