Very smart lifestyle and real food choices in the form of whole foods eaten whole just like God intended in the Garden of Eden. You literally ARE what you EAT. Healthy food is definitely healthy for your brain and every other organ and part of your body. So, eat smart and be smart, eat healthy and be healthy.
I did the 18 day program. It helped me with my health, got me off my medications and feel great and brought me close to the Lord.
I personally only had lunch there years ago but I know people who have been there and that they do amazing work.
