Poor customer service from the after sales team/ service department. Damaged my vehicle, invoice missing half of the service job. Cameras disconnected and not reconnected wasn’t even given a quick heads up about, service book not filled out after first service… Terrible to get in touch with by phone. That and more, a long list all brought to their attention very quickly I might add. All avoidable issues that summed up poor service overall and dissatisfied customers . We recently called New Spot service department with a problem on our RAM Laramie. Poppy from service reception was very friendly and most helpful, she said to bring our RAM down and she would have a service technician have a quick look at the problem in case they needed to order a part in. On arrival Luke the service technician took it for a test drive and diagnosed the problem immediately, better still he organised to fix it while I waited which was fantastic. Extremely rude service team particularly woman on the phone my husband spoke to everything was too hard for her recommend going to Duttons service they provide worth the trip to Murray Bridge mistake buying the Ram from Newspot motors will only deal with Duttons motors from now on
Can only give a review of my attempt to be a customer, 2nd time trying to use service department over 8 phone calls not answered left messages did an online booking which states representative will call still nothing. Finally get a response via Facebook with a phone call to say they are booked for 6 weeks…. The car brands they represent really need to look at how their brands are represented….. will be buying a Mazda or Volkswagen next time so I can use the fabulous Mawson lakes crew for servicing
