I genuinely wish I could give zero stars. Our experience with Newspot Kia Salisbury has been nothing short of disappointing from the moment we purchased our Kia Sorento. Since owning the vehicle, we've had ongoing issues including a seatbelt rattle, a dangerous intermittent door locking fault that has locked my keys and phone inside the car and continues to randomly lock passenger doors, and a fault with the blind spot camera. Shame I couldn’t give 0 stars. We purchased a brand new LDV for business. The car was written off not even 2 years into ownership. The gearbox suffered major faults and was undrivable, and whilst at the service centre they noted the chassis had rusted. The service centre did all things necessary not to fix under warranty, send us around to 20+ different phone numbers to obtain answers.
