I had a very disappointing experience here, especially with KIA. A staff member who introduced himself as Rudy (he may go by another name) initially quoted me one price, but less than 24 hours later I was given a completely different figure. When I questioned the change, I was made to feel as though I was being dishonest, which was very frustrating. Wouldn’t even give 1 star, brought a new LDV t60 2024 and the Chassis has rust through it, this is not what we paid for and when we tried to sell it CMI Toyota checked the car out and said we couldn’t sell it as the Chassis was compromised, now we have to get a Lawyer involved as we have a car we can’t sell and the rust cannot be repaired fully, absolutely no help from the operations manager and he’s completely arrogant towards the issue. This car is a LEMON and the support is atrocious.
Don’t buy a car from this dealership they take a time to fix car problems and they sale faulty car
