Keep away from the servicing department , took my MG4 in for a service with everything working perfectly came back with none of the safety features able to be used . They can't look at it again for another 2 months what a joke, yet they are quick to send a text to make sure you leave them a good review.
My experience with Kia sales dept. has been a possitive one. My sales man Rodney was very helpful and patient with me when I was dec iding what type of car would be suitable for me. My experience with Newspot Kia was regrettably not an exceptional one. We recently purchased brand new family car. Two days prior to collecting our special family car, I called them to let them know we're going to collect the car. On the day, I came home from a two weeks stint off nightshift, we went in to collect our car, our car was not ready..... the car was covered in dirt and saps...... and the car didnt even include floor mats... all the stickers in the car were also all peeled off. 2 days a go if taken out MG for full service and they offered complimentary wash. The car now has heaps of scratches on the bonnet - I'm told they will fix it but I've tried for 2 days to call them and no response. Even left a message. This has cost me time so this means money!!! Be careful taking your vehicle to New Spot Salisbury Park. Very disappointed customer. Steve M
