They are very genuine unlike my experience from MG city west terrace worst sales ever his name Indi tell you about car tells you what you want to hear dies nothing but opposite I paid good money for a demo that had under 1000 km when I got it ,it had 1058 km and a tyer light stuck on not even a full tank but Salisbury mg fix my petrol up and the tyer light but Indi said it would go back to the service department to have a once go over don't even think it made it there if did why would the tyer light be stuck on
When it comes to parking for a service, good luck.
They don't pick up their phones. Communication is non existent I am still waiting for the service manager to ring me back 10 days later. Appalling customer service.
Bought a new LDV D90, 11 months ago. Have so far taken the car in 5 times for defects, even more annoyingly every time we get the car back it has new scratches and scrapes. Complete lack of concern and care, very disappointing.
Honest and down to earth to deal with. Prashan was excellent!
