Partners mg went in for a recall fix for faulty tyre valves and they just changed the rims and tyres over with some crap they had laying around. Not caring there was new Bridgestone tyres on the car . Theft is what I call it . AVOID.
Very very poor customer service, went to buy a new car, and the sales team were laughing and joking between themselves, took me 30 minutes to get serviced,
I’ve had a much better experience with Newport Salisbury compared to other dealers. I accidentally missed my booking, but they were very understanding and helped me reschedule without any issues. Ginny was especially friendly and dedicated, with great customer service and a professional attitude. Really appreciate the experience and I’ll definitely be coming back for future services.
I did the service 01/05/26 they didn’t vacuum or wash the car, but they charged lots of money, also they change my lighting system very hard to drive night time.. I don’t like these place anymore.
