Very poor! BEWARE tried to over charge me by approx $250 for a capped price service! They said the original price quoted didnt include parts.
i can honestly say im not happy with the service we have been given. We really do feel its a case of we have your money now , goodbye, next victim.. I have sat in the service area and i believe they cant handle the amount of customers and vehicles they have. I have heard of customers trying to get vehicles repaired etc only to be told if they cant supply the service history then theres nothing they can do! 5 Stars to Jess from the Service Department !!! She is the person who listen and make effort to care in providing excellent customer service when I took my MG for quick minor warranty service replacing push start button and lumbar support handle. She make the service experience very pleasant as I waited onsite and saw it's all been fixed, she kindly attend to me and helps sorting it out when I check the progress. I wish all service officers staff there could learn from Jess, especially as she have more than 10 years industry... read more
I just bought my 2 car in 12 months at new spot motors mg , the sale person ,Bianca made the whole experience so easy and relaxed , Caitlin in finance was also amazing looking after us and again making the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable, they are both a credit to the dealership at new spot
I bought a mg 3 2023 brand new from this company all I've had with this car is just problems There is a ticking noise in the engine they said it normal Don't buy from these people scammer Worst experience in my life Never buy from this people they are dodgy
