Very Poor Service 10k service told the mechanics there is a faulty light on for Auto Cruise, does not listen even after the service completed, the light is still on. They just ignore client request, on top of that the service atmosphere is very poor, they keep telling you your car is the next one while still have to wait for almost half of day there.
I will break my experience up into 2 parts Arriving sales, negotiations, and treatment before finance. Jeremy was our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable about the cars we were looking at, in this case MG range. I test drove 1 car, as I had been to another dealership earlier in the day that did not have ZST Turbo 2025. Jeremy gave many different selections and knew each car very well. Brand new MG car and need some issues addressed under wty, service dept arogant and very unhelpful not to mention 2 weeks on and still waiting for service manager Ian to call back
