Avoid this service center at all costs. I have a simple warranty issue—the passenger-side LED daytime running light is dead. I reported this a month ago, waited four weeks for an appointment that was supposed to be the repair, and took the day off work only to be told they "need to check which part to order." This is pure incompetence. If you saw the car a month ago, why was the part not ordered? Why was I told to book a "repair" appointment today? I have now lost wages for absolutely nothing. The team at MG Salisbury Park, especially Ky, were fantastic to deal with and helped me get into my new IM5. The car looks incredible and performs even better. With current fuel prices, it’s the perfect EV, offering a great mix of luxury and sport. Highly recommend!
Booked my Car for warranty and it takes month to fix it and it was broken again the next day, I booked my car again the same day it was broken and they said it will take another month to do the fixing.
Very poor! BEWARE tried to over charge me by approx $250 for a capped price service! They said the original price quoted didnt include parts.
i can honestly say im not happy with the service we have been given. We really do feel its a case of we have your money now , goodbye, next victim.. I have sat in the service area and i believe they cant handle the amount of customers and vehicles they have. I have heard of customers trying to get vehicles repaired etc only to be told if they cant supply the service history then theres nothing they can do!
