They did the service on my MG HS Essence today and I was impressed by the spped they were able to get me booked in, the customer service provided and the thorough inspection and report they gave on my car. The facilities there while I was waiting were excellent and I look forward to further visits to their dealership.
Would not recommend, the customer service is extremely poor here. My partner has had an issue that's under warranty and it's taken them 2 tries to fix it properly while they have wrecked other stuff in the process. When something was said to them they couldn't care less. The Car itself is good but the service is not.

I have bought two cars from here so far, on Monday 08/28/2025 I brought my car here for service, there were two Asian ladies working at the front desk who were very rude and untrained, one of them was very rude and demanding and took the car key and just put a piece of paper in front of me to sign without any explanation. Mixed Experience – Great Sales Team, But Poor Front Desk Service I’ve had great experiences with the sales and finance departments at this car yard. They’ve always been professional, helpful, and easy to deal with. However, the same can’t be said for the receptionist or the overall communication process.
