I am extremely disappointed with the service experience at the MG dealership in Hampstead Gardens. Our MG Motor ZST (2023) developed a rear windscreen issue where the glass shattered spontaneously, with no external damage. The dealership initially confirmed this and advised that the case would be submitted for warranty approval, which was expected to take 1–2 days. Brought my MG HS last July 25. Great service friendly cooperative and very understanding about my budget. Not pushy like some car salesman are. An excellent experience.
The team at MG Hampstead Gardens (and Ky at Salisbury Park) were fantastic to deal with and got me into my new IM5. The car has impressive performance and even better looks. The EV came at the perfect time with current fuel prices and offers an exceptional mix of luxury and sport. Highly recommend!
