Very bad experience with LDV I booked my Van which I carried my whole business with it, for a safe recall a month before booking date and they told me at the end of the day with no notice before that they do not give my van because of not having the part available which should be prepared before service date. And they did not give me a loan van and they said we do not provide loan van for you, just a ute and I loosed a-lot of jobs and money due to their bad services. Totally unhappy
I wouldn’t have re-submitted this if it wasn’t for an automated email I received today. So just a subtitle hint never contact me again. I had very Poor customer service from the after sales service department at LDV Newspot they damaged my brand new d90 in November 2024 when completing its first service. We purchased a 2025 LDV D90 in March 2025. When we purchased the car we also purchased the electric towing brakes through the same salesman at the dealership. When we collected the car, the towing brakes had not been installed and we needed to book the car back in to do so. Once the car was booked back in, they installed the electric towing brakes.
