Service department and special reception service not good no experience, No customer respect. They are not serious about vehicles and customer time value. They are not taking any responsibility .
Just purchased a LDV T60 great service with sales team and finance they sold me a dash camera and a electric lid for the back both supplied by a 3rd party all good right up to delivery day I was advised the lid was out of stock so they booked it in 4 weeks later they gave me a lone car, when I picked it up there were issues with the installation so it was left up to me to speak with the installer and Oganise a time to have it rectified they wiped their hands clean same with the dash cam it was installed on the passenger side... read more
