Can’t speak highly of my experience at Newspot and of Mikayla Govender. I was looking at a few different cars, and Mikayla gave me the information I needed, including an appraisal of my trade in despite being in the ‘I’m just looking’ stage. She never once pushed a sale on me (unlike other dealerships). She understood I was doing my research and answered all my questions. Communication was excellent, service was outstanding. Absolute 5 🌟! Well done and Thankyou Mikayla 😊
Extremely poor service, no calling back as stated on voicemail. If car breaks down and needs towing and is still under warranty, 5-6 week wait before they will be able to look at problem, never mind repairing.
Costumer experience was terrible. Provided a part not painted which apparently is there policy. No warning prior to ordering nor any solutions to rectify just excuses. Save your time and go to another store
My visit here was disappointing from the start. The staff seemed cold and uninterested. It immediately felt like I was bothering them by being there. The salesperson I spoke with acted as if my questions were a nuisance. Their tone was sharp and dismissive, and they kept repeating the same answers as if I couldn’t understand simple details.
