I had a very disappointing experience here. A staff member who introduced himself as Rudy (he may go by another name) initially quoted me one price, but less than 24 hours later I was given a completely different figure. When I questioned the change, I was made to feel as though I was being dishonest, which was very frustrating. We had an outstanding experience with Mikayla and Paul at Newspot Kia. They were able to secure us a brand new vehicle at a great price with no games, surprises or pressure. Communication was excellent and we left feeling very happy, informed and confident about our decision. Highly recommend to anyone looking at buying a car from someone with a no-nonsense attitude!
Very poor service. I waited over 4 hours for my car, with no proper updates after promising it to be completed in 3 hours. In the end, instead of delivering the car as promised, I was asked if I wanted to take it without wash. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer time. I would not recommend this dealership.
