We have reported KIA and KIA Newport to CBS in failing to provide service to a faulty product in a reasonable time frame. Trully horrifying when your car can catch on fire at anytime and the response we get is. We don't have the spare part we can book you for next year 2026 when we have been booking appointments in 2025. Avoid at all cause. You have been warned.
"Do not rely on us to remind you, better use a pen and paper", said the female receptionist, rudely and unprofessionally, for my query that do they have any sms reminders for appointments? So, certainly they are not reliable as per their own words. Do not attend them as they try to dodge ANY warranty claims.
A big thank you to Dave C from the Kia service department for suggesting we visit Tayla in the sales department to buy our new Kia. THANK YOU DAVE! Tayla was helpful, friendly, thorough and efficient. Buying our new car was a great experience. I would suggest Tayla if you are looking to purchase a new car from Newspot. THANK YOU TAYLA!
