The salesman here including the boss Paul are rude ,condescending and very manipulative and just try to take advantage of you ,they are not interested in giving you the best deal possible their only interest is making as much money from you as possible... STEER CLEAR OF THEM, plenty of other kia dealerships, who do want your business like barossa kia or Reynella kia
The new car salesman i delt with was completely incompetent. There was a scratch on the middle console when I picked up the car brand new, twice I took the car back to Kia service centre & both times no one knew anything about the scratch as the car sales guy did not pass on any information despite our emails back & forth were he was going to organise this. Booked a service months in advance only to get there on the day and the loan car was not organised. Very poor. I absolutely would not recommend this amateur run business!!!
Rang to book in a service at Newspot Kia, the first point of customer service provided over the phone was terrible. I lost faith in their ability to move forward with servicing my vehicle and decided to go back to Kia at Hillcrest.
Service Centre Quality Dropped During the routine yearly maintenance, it was discovered that the brake lights need to be replaced. While doing the work, the mechanic stuffed it up and caused the indicator light to stop working. We discovered it only after driving the car out. Because it was past 4:30PM and the service centre was closed we had no choice but to drive carefully back home. It was a Friday, which meant the car could not be driven during the weekend.
