What is the point of ringing your company and not answering the phone and leaving a message to ring me back and two days later still nothing. Disgusting!!! Also, regretting buying my KIA from you and still waiting over a year for my sun shields that fell off about a year in. Many phone calls and still no contact. No customer service after buying it too. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Then after my first service my car had scratches on it. People go elsewhere.

I genuinely wish I could give zero stars. Our experience with Newspot Kia Salisbury has been nothing short of disappointing from the moment we purchased our Kia Sorento. Since owning the vehicle, we've had ongoing issues including a seatbelt rattle, a dangerous intermittent door locking fault that has locked my keys and phone inside the car and continues to randomly lock passenger doors, and a fault with the blind spot camera. Cars are dirty inside and out. A few of the cars had dead batteries as well. Not a great dealership.

I had my car serviced here on 31/03/2026, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When I arrived for key drop-off, there were signs everywhere saying “treat our staff with respect,” which immediately gave me an uneasy feeling. After the service, my car was returned in an appalling condition, covered in dirt, despite being told it would receive a car wash.
