Two weeks ago my brand new 6 week old Fiat Duccato brokedown and Fiat roadside assist had it towed to New Spot to have it repaired. Since then I've spoken twice to the Fiat repairer and that was in the first day or two. He assured me he would let me know what was going on by the end of that day. He didnt....Since then I've called, left messages, even emailed them to have someone call me back with any information. I haven't received any information what so ever over the past week and a half. Had an initial quote of $1300 for a first service of our avida leura with 8000km on clock. Could not book in anywhere else so thought we would pay the money and never go there again. The original person that we arranged everything with was not of any use to us. Booked in for 9am, asked for the guy we were dealing with, when he finally came into where we were we introduced ourselves and he said he was busy and walked off.another guy called Kym asked if he could help us out. When you travel around Australia in a motorhome for a year and then move interstate, it's inevitable that your vehicle ends up in the hands of various mechanics. So we don't know who caused the problem [it wasn't wear and tear]. but we do know Newspot fixed it. It was beyond the skills of a couple of places around Victor Harbor.
