We just had Matthew come out this week for the initial meeting. He answered all our questions regarding New South windows and we like the product and the look. Seeing the hot and cold display was a good example to see, and the automatic locking is great. The aluminum is a plus to help give the window strength. He and Shane worked together to get us the best deal possible, and matched another quote we had received. We moved to a new small town in our state and did a search for windows for our house which still has the original windows from decades ago that are in bad shape. We contacted Andersen and got no response. We were contacted by Matthew of NewSouth and he drove a long distance to see us and stayed as long as needed on a Saturday to explain everything thoroughly, with examples, and work on a fair deal we could afford.
