We just had Matthew come out this week for the initial meeting. He answered all our questions regarding New South windows and we like the product and the look. Seeing the hot and cold display was a good example to see, and the automatic locking is great. The aluminum is a plus to help give the window strength. He and Shane worked together to get us the best deal possible, and matched another quote we had received.
