We ordered a backdoor for our home that was installed in Spring of 2023. New South Window's laim that the product was covered by a lifetime warranty was a major reason for purchasing through them. Shortly after the installation we noticed that the vinyl covering of the external side of the door was coming unglued from the door. Lack of communication and backing of warranty is terrible. We had the windows installed in April 2023. Since then, several windows have had alignment problems and the local installation service has closed the office in the Charlotte area . Started calling for several months now with no response whatsoever. Very disappointed on how much these windows cost and cant use them like they were supposed to be used.
