I originally gave this review 5 stars, I do like the product. However, the wrong color was installed, the installation of one door was good, the other I will be calling to try and fix but likely having to get a contractor out to rehang it. When I looked closer, the calling was sloppy, ripped paint when removing trim, left their saw and would not come pick it up, and made several lArge nicks and scratches on the door frame that were not repaired before they left. Very happy with the installation and finished product!
Professional all the way. Knew what they were doing, explained what was happening and fully demonstrated the functionality of the windows. Answered all our questions and were very polite. We recently purchased windows for our upstairs from New South Window's. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and how much cooler our upstairs rooms are with the hot North Carolina sun blaring in, it's an amazing difference and glad we made the purchase.
