Doors they installed in our home, are totally UNACCEPTABLE. They said we needed HURRICANE DOORS, our local Building Inspector said no. The doors make it almost impossible to get into house with my Walker or power scooter. The opening is narrow, the threshold is 3.5" high, and I haven't never seen a walker or scooter, that can roll over that height. I have contacted them several times and they have yet to respond. They were fast and pressure to sell us the doors, but are unheard from when they got their money.
Today, my Father and I met David. He works with New South windows and he went through all the details on the windows that we will be getting. And he is amazing, and the price was just very excellent i would just like to just say how happy we are and can't wait to see the results.
Could not even get an appointment scheduled because apparently this company is operating as if they were in the 19th century. Needed 2 people to confirm details and required that my husband be involved in the process. Good grief!!!
My New South windows arrived today! The crew was on site bright and early. The team introduced themselves, quickly surveyed the project and began work. Six hours later the job was completed and cleaned up. A very professional quality service and a pleasure to have worked with. Thank you David Nicksick for your fine representation of New South Windows!
After a long wait the correct order arrived. Didn't get the correct trim pieces the first time but, the product has been improving our heating and air bills so we are happy with finished results.
