Updated response: Our experience with New South Windows has been extremely disappointing. After questioning how our 2024 windows were installed, we asked New South to provide the installation instructions for our windows. We were initially told there were no installation instructions available. We later located a New South installation guide ourselves and asked which installation method was actually used on our home. My concerns are not primarily about the appearance of the windows—they are about transparency, documentation, and confidence that the installation was completed according to the manufacturer's requirements and applicable building codes. New South Windows installed hurricane impact windows and a new front door for our house in Isle of Palms. They did an excellent job with the installation, high up on ladders and removing old worn windows. We are very pleased with the result and especially with the hard work of “Junior” and his team of installers.
We had an incredible experience using New South Window Solutions on Savannah Highway in Charleston to install the Eze-Breeze screen system on our back porch. We absolutely love it!
