Still waiting for the correct window. Came out twice with the wrong one and have been avoiding contacting me. Each side blamed the other, i.e. management and manufacturing...but at the end of the day the windows look nice, they just aren't what we ordered.
David was incredible! He was super knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and made sure we understood everything. We can’t wait for the windows to be installed!
Contacted this company to get a quote. We ended up going with another company, so I called to cancel the appointment. The guy on the phone was rude. Once he asked who I was going with, pretty much said good luck and when things go wrong with my windows to call them. Never got my name to know who I was to even cancel the appointment. Do better just bc someone doesn't go with your company doesn't give you the right to talk to me like I just made the worst decision by not choosing your company. Have the day you deserve. Would not recommend this company. We were interested in enclosing our screened in porch with the EZ breeze windows that they advertise on their website. They cancelled my appointment 2 times before actually showing up the 3rd time. He pretended he didn’t know I was interested in the EZ windows and tried to sell me on floor to ceiling windows which is way more expensive.
