We recently had19 windows replaced by New South Windows. It was a pleasant experience from our first visit with the salesman, David .to the 2.5 day install by John and his crew. Very impressed with the windows Excellent quality… took about a month for them to be ready once we signed the contract . The crew was neat, professional and willing to please. Highly recommend this company!!!
We had an amazing experience working with David at New South Windows. From the very beginning, he was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful in guiding us through our window replacement options. He took the time to explain the benefits of their energy-efficient windows and made sure we felt confident in our decision.
Worst experience of my life. The install was supposed to take 1 and a half days but ended up taking a week because of the incompetent installers. We ended up spending money out of our pocket to repair the damage done by the installers, over $2500. I wouldn't recommend anyone use NewSouth Windows. Installers, customer service, and upper management are all horrible and will not help at all.
Seems like a nice company but they dont do windows for commercial buildings that are in old houses downtown.
Edited review: after multiple visits, NewSouth was able to complete the project and install the windows professionally and made everything look nice. However, during the contract process, the sales person promised a $250 gift card for completing a review of the company. This never happened.
