NSW will blame you for manufacturing errors; do not trust them. NSW, after four years of waiting, have yet to complete the installation of the windows we ordered. We highly recommend avoiding this company.
Earl & Marcia Very sloppy workmanship. Extremely slow in returning to complet job to satisfaction. Would not recommend them to anyone for installition.

6/02/2021 UPDATE: STILL WAITING ON WINDOWS!!! OVER 2 MONTHS SINCE "rush" ordered and STILL waiting! It's been almost 2 friggin' years since this job started and it's still not complete!!! 5/15/2021 UPDATE: It has been over 7 weeks. Not a peep from NSW about the status of my replacement windows. And when, if, they do come in, NSW probably won't work with my schedule since I work on call with the railroad now.
