I sign a contract to buy windows on 06/20/2020. 28 windows with a total price of $28,755.00. I put a down payment of $2,875.00. The Windows were installed around 11/02/2020. Overall timeline - weeks off schedule. Performs work without required permits. Uses COVID as an excuse for any promise that they cannot deliver on. Windows not ready - COVID. Doors not ready, which they don't even manufacture themselves - COVID. Permit(s) didn't get pulled 5 months ago when the contract was signed - COVID. I can't wait to see what else they blame on COVID. Expensive, job done much later than promised, terrible installation (damaged building exterior & interior etc) gaps not even caulked, promised finish work never done after months of waiting, multiple calls not answered. Once they get your money you can forget the "friendly service." I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company.

Very disapppointing company. Completely dishonest. I Paid my down payment in January, and now, 6 months later, i still have no windows, and have called them daily for the last 4 days with no return calls. Buyer Beware if you are thinking of working with New South Window Solutions.
