Owner will be held liable to replace windows that owners installed if not the correct window. They use contractors that do not know how to read drawings and therefore windows are not installed correctly. They break window ***** and make a mess with caulking and New South Windows does not make themself responsible for it. Also the do not install the correct ordered windows and it may take a year before the come back and correct the problem.
It was an easy process and a great price for our hurricane sliding door. Install was also fast and clean, done very professionally. Inspection fast and easy. Warranty is also great. New South Window Solutions is the company we will go back to for further project in the future.
Smooth process from initial contact, to scheduling, to install. We got the best price for the quality of windows out of several quote and their warranty beat all the others easily. We did one half of our homes windows and will use again to complete the 2nd half in the next couple of years.

******** and his team were amazing! NSW replaced a wall of Windows, including a slider in our 42 year old Florida room. In addition to installing our beautiful new windows, they had to rebuild sections of the opening. Everything was meticulously completed. They were thorough, professional and efficient.
