Paid 50K for all my windows and doors. The materials seem to be good. Installation is EXTREMELY subpar (I have pics to prove it). They sent the same person over and over, to solve the issues they themselves created. Failed inspection due to wrong installation procedure, non compliance with county code, doors with handles scratched, installed non-square, not closing properly, parts missing (i.e: plugs to cover screws). We purchased 11 windows , there is suppose to be a life time guarantee on repairs to windows and screens. I called for a repair on a screen . They told me there was a charge for a service call. When we purchased windows there was any mention of a charge for device calls, we are very disappointed.
Very disapppointing company. Completely dishonest. I Paid my down payment in January, and now, 6 months later, i still have no windows, and have called them daily for the last 4 days with no return calls. Buyer Beware if you are thinking of working with New South Window Solutions.
