NSW will blame you for manufacturing errors; do not trust them. NSW, after four years of waiting, have yet to complete the installation of the windows we ordered. We highly recommend avoiding this company.

Earl & Marcia Very sloppy workmanship. Extremely slow in returning to complet job to satisfaction. Would not recommend them to anyone for installition.
Paid 50K for all my windows and doors. The materials seem to be good. Installation is EXTREMELY subpar (I have pics to prove it). They sent the same person over and over, to solve the issues they themselves created. Failed inspection due to wrong installation procedure, non compliance with county code, doors with handles scratched, installed non-square, not closing properly, parts missing (i.e: plugs to cover screws). 6/02/2021 UPDATE: STILL WAITING ON WINDOWS!!! OVER 2 MONTHS SINCE "rush" ordered and STILL waiting! It's been almost 2 friggin' years since this job started and it's still not complete!!! 5/15/2021 UPDATE: It has been over 7 weeks. Not a peep from NSW about the status of my replacement windows. We purchased 11 windows , there is suppose to be a life time guarantee on repairs to windows and screens. I called for a repair on a screen . They told me there was a charge for a service call. When we purchased windows there was any mention of a charge for device calls, we are very disappointed.
We signed a contract with New South Windows October 2020. Seven (7) months later, well after their agreed upon time frame of 14-26 weeks of completion, the windows and the slider doors first day of installation began. The installers were friendly yet did not 100% follow their own installation protocols. There was a thunderstorm the first two days of installation and only one window had a drop cloth. I sign a contract to buy windows on 06/20/2020. 28 windows with a total price of $28,755.00. I put a down payment of $2,875.00. The Windows were installed around 11/02/2020.
