I sign a contract to buy windows on 06/20/2020. 28 windows with a total price of $28,755.00. I put a down payment of $2,875.00. The Windows were installed around 11/02/2020. At the time of Installation, I was given a Paper to sign stating the windows where installed and there were some items that would be corrected. • A window in the master bedroom would not go up and down correctly and needed to replace. • A window in the dining room was build with wrong measures and would get stock and would get replace. • The day of in... read more
Expensive, job done much later than promised, terrible installation (damaged building exterior & interior etc) gaps not even caulked, promised finish work never done after months of waiting, multiple calls not answered. Once they get your money you can forget the "friendly service." I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company.
